GT1/NZGT Round 1 3-5 October 2008

A new race format featuring the fastest cars from SuperGT, New Zealand Super Sedans and OSCA (Open Saloon Car Association).

Spaceframes, Turbos, V8s and Rotaries whatever you need to go FAST! All together in one racing series for the first time.

And not just one new class. There will be two classes racing at each meeting one for the GT1 New Zealand Racing Series and one for a second class, NZGT Racing Series, featuring cars from SuperGT, New Zealand Super Sedans and OSCA who do not meet the performance criteria for GT1.

With a currently known pool of 50 cars for GT1 and 74 for NZGT there are sure to be big fields and close racing.
